Welcome to my first curated playlist for this blog! I’m so excited to share with you all my love for music and equally as excited to learn about new music from you. Music is a huge part of my life, although I have no music ability whatsoever apart from a trusty tambourine.
Music has been playing in my house ever since I can remember and it has largely shaped who I am today. Thanks mom and dad! My boyfriend is in a band, so I’m fortunate enough to hear music played from the recording phase to the stage, and it gives me a much greater appreciation for the music I play so casually through my phone.
You don’t know this yet, but my all-time favorite band is The Beatles. They absolutely changed my life like no other hobby or interest had before and I think that’s pretty freaking cool. I wanted to say that now because they will inevitably come up again and you’ll find their influence on all my playlists.
But anyway, here’s some songs for you to listen to this November. You’ll find a mix of old and new, fast and slow, but all around a good time. PLEASE let me know in the comments the music you’re loving right now. I love sharing music and exploring new genres and artists I haven’t heard before.
